We advertise our website in various ways to get interested parties viewing the properties. 2. We take enquiries from the site and pass them on to you. 3. When the sale is completed by yourselves you pay us the agreed commission. Typically commission is £200.00 per successful introduction. If you would like us to take a greater role in the sale of your properties we can also help you organise Inspection Trips and sell your propertties direct from our UK offices. As soon as we have your property information we will get started advertising it for you and start supplying you leads. Featured ads place your property at the top of the listing page for maximum exposure. The ads are purchased for 1, 3, 6 or 12 month periods and the costs for this service can be seen below: To place a special Sponsored Ad "Banner Ad" or "Side Banner Ad" for 12 Months - only £30.00 per banner As you can see, advertising this way over a 12 month period can cost from only £1.00 per week so we are sure you agree it's a very cost effective way of getting enquiries for your property.
