By visiting and advertising on this website you are agreeing to to following terms and conditions:

1.  No person visiting this site may copy any part of it's content without prior permission from the owner (Myers Real Estate International or MRI).  People who infringe this copyright will be charged a fixed fee of £1000.00 (GBP) and will pay the invoice within 7 days of receiving it or may be subject to legal action.

2.  Clause 1 does not apply to search engines and their programs.

3.  By placing an advertisement on this website you agree to pay the advertised charges listed.  

4.  Myers Real Estate International agrees to show the advertisement submitted by users providing their invoice for any bookings has been paid.

5.  Featured adverts (ask about featured ads) will be included upon payment of the associated fees and if more than one featured advertisement is placed for the same category then a maximum of three advertisements will appear in any one month period.  As all featured advertisements cannot appear on the home page at once they will be rotated as required.

6.  MRI (Myers Real Estate International) has no affiliation with MacAnthony Realty International or their website www.mrioverseasproperty.com what-so-ever.

7.  No person or entity will hold Myers Real Estate International (the owner or any of it's staff) liable for anything regarding the content of this website or for any transactions agreed between anyone using this site.

8.  We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

9. All content on this website was created by the company and / or travel writers. It is agreed by anyone visiting this site that any simarlarities with other sites are totally co-incidental and therefore are in no way a breach of any world-wide copyright.

10. Myers Real Estate International will not be held responsible for anything a travel writer has written and has been published here and looks similar to that of other sites content.  Freelance writers that plagiarize others work will not be tolorated by the publisher however as we are not in a position to check all articles published we can not be held responsible for them.  If you believe your work has been violated then please tell us.

11. All Advertisements placed on this site are manually checked and verified to the best of our ability however we cannot be held responsible for any false property listings. We recommend you seek the proper legal advice before paying any deposits and you do your research thoroughly before committing to buy.

12. We will not be held responsible for any external property agents deals whatsoever. We have a legal document which states that anyone using our services for property leads will act in a professional manner. However, as they are not directly employed by ourselves we are not responsible for their conduct. See clause 11 above.
