San
Marco Resort will be a luxury condo hotel in the Lake Buena Vista
area of Orlando. It will consist of two 16 storey buil dings of
Venetian architecture and cover an area of 8.5 acres. There will
be a total of 472 units, 236 per building. There will be 1, 2 and
3 bedroom condo units ranging from 671 sq ft to 1,444 sq ft. The
2 and 3 bedroom units will have a lock-off facility. Construction
started in 2006 with completion scheduled for mid/late-2008.
At San Marco Resort, owners will have the choice of whether to join in the rental program or whether to keep the condo for their own use. There will be no restrictions so the choice will be yours. If you decide to join the rental program, the hotel chain will obtain rentals for you from which you will receive approximately 50% oe rental income. The two towers will be entered by way of an impressive four-story rotunda foyer with a marble floor encircling a large fountain. Forty feet above, the ceiling will be crowned by a hand-painted Italian mural from which a crystal chandelier hangs. A grand marble staircase will provide entry to the clubhouse and meetings rooms. Every aspect of the design will be in keeping with a high-end resort. Very soon we will be announcing our Four Star flag for the San Marco Resort.
